The venue is clean with quick and affordable breakfast options. The location is amazing, next to the pedestrian area on 16th St with great city views. The rooms are top-notch and well-appointed.

Charming small hotel with a quick breakfast. Newly renovated and extremely pleasant room with floor-to-ceiling windows, free WiFi, and an iron. Magnificent view of downtown and 16th street. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I thought the room were tight. The space in the rooms were very tight.

The room itself was stocked with the1 bedroom, coffeepot, ice bucket and the breakfast was low cost. The rate was US$ 92.

Guests can enjoy early check-in and relax in the brand-new rooms with spacious beds.

Room was very quiet, for being in downtown Denver!

The room cost more than the event I was there to see (Elizabeth Gilbert at the Paramount Theater), but the location was perfectly convenient!

Great room view and a unique elf-sized shower were a nice surprise. 🚿 Also, there's a cool bar downstairs!

Elevator is noisy and was running all night. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off The mattress was too soft No pool ( I should have looked into this) NO breakfast....just a little disappointed because I have been travelling a lot this last 2 years and assumed all hotels provided this perk.

Reasonably priced restaurant with delicious room service. Fast service. Amazing location, Visit Denver was not very far from the venue.

Check-in was friendly, the room recently renovated, well-equipped with a view, king-size bed, and coffeepot.

Staff were wonderful.

We had to move after the first night due to noise. our neighbors partied past 5am. Walls seem very thin but there was also a door connecting our room to a suite next door. Front desk was very helpful to move us to a quiter inside room. No connecting door! Yea.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. The room has been recently renovated and has its own bathroom. Conveniently close to Fort Collins and the bustling center of downtown Denver's 16th

Felt like there could've been more amenities offered for the price, i.e. airport shuttle or lesser expensive overnight parking.

Convenient location to sporting arenas and nearby shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Good service in the hotel bar. Complimentary stocking provided before departure.
